Refund policy
This page describes how we handle refund requests for paid VASCO subscriptions. It supplements our terms of service.
- Digital delivery. Once access (your key) is issued, the subscription is considered delivered. We do not guarantee refunds for an active period unless there was a technical failure on our side.
- Payment without key. If you were charged but did not receive a key within a reasonable time, contact support with payment details and time — we will review manually.
- Duplicate charge. If you were charged twice, we can refund the extra payment after verification.
- Timeline. Refund requests are handled in order (typically within 10 business days).
- Channel. All requests go through official VASCO support only.
